Finds issuer disclosures under 8-K Item 4.02, including non-reliance and restatement-related events. It reports filing-derived classifications and extracted periods, not an independent accounting conclusion or a complete restatement universe. Preserve accession and source fields when reviewing a result. Filing dates are disclosure dates, and bounded submission scans can omit older eligible filings.
