Return normalized executive compensation records derived from the latest DEF 14A filing
Use this endpoint from server-side applications, SDKs, or agent workflows.

Agent mode

Pass ?view=agent to receive the compact agent shape: executive name, role, year, and the full comp breakdown (salary, bonus, stock awards, option awards, non-equity incentive, total) + accession number + lifted filingUrl. Id, entityId, companyName, and metadata envelopes are dropped. Typical reduction: ~50%. See api conventions → response formats for the full ?view= contract.
