GET /v1/events/ma

Return SEC-native M&A events inferred from public-company filings and relevant exhibits
Audience: application and coding agent.

Agent mode

Pass ?view=agent to receive the compact agent shape: deal structure fields (eventType, status, considerationType, counterparty) + headline + filing citations. The summaryMd prose block (~4–8kb per event) and metadata envelopes are dropped. Typical reduction: ~90%. See api conventions → response formats for the full ?view= contract.
