Start here to prioritize a filing for review. These outputs are derived from filing material: useful for comparing disclosure, finding an event, or assembling a coverage check, but not a replacement for the filing or transcript supporting a material statement.

Compare a defined filing pair

ticker and form are required. When from and to are omitted, the route compares the latest filing with the prior filing of that form. Supply accession numbers or ISO dates for an explicit pair, and record both filing identities, section keys, source URLs, provenance, and requestId with the result.

Routes for derived review signals

Coverage, freshness, and source handling

Events, transcript rows, guidance rows, and diffs point to evidence; they do not establish legal, accounting, or investment conclusions. Transcript and guidance coverage is limited to qualifying earnings materials, so an absent row does not establish that a call or guidance statement did not exist. A diff describes only the selected pair and sections. These routes can return 404 when the filing-intelligence plane is unavailable. Treat that as availability, not an empty result. Preserve any returned freshness or materialization fields, then retrieve the cited filing before quoting a passage or presenting a conclusion.
